Warm up 19/09/13

We started off by getting our bodies into neutral, by this we walked around the room and imagined a hot bowl of oil lying on our hips and we had to try our hardest to not make the oil move this was to help us concentrate.

We then did an exercise where we shook out legs and arms eight times, then four times, twice and then once whilst counting to practise our breathing. At the end of this exercise we jumped and shouted funky chicken. The idea of this was to also warm up our bodies and vocal skills.

We did another imagination task where we laid on the floor and blew a feather up in the air with different types of breath and sounds to focus on our breathing and the strengths that we use.
